Curriculum Portfolio Introduction

During my time in early childhood education, I was fortunate to meet and know so many students and aid them in their learning journey. I was also exposed to various curricula that made me realize what can best support (or hinder!) both learners and educators. Curriculum has also allowed me opportunities to express my creativity!

Below are the curriculum I created as part of my coursework through Educator Forever.

Portfolio 1

For this project called "The Ocean and Me", I created a unit exploring the questions of "How are we connected to the ocean?" and "Why should we care about the ocean?" The unit includes hands-on activities that are sensory-friendly, journal entries to reflect on learning, and opportunities for students to collaborate with peers on ways they can support the environment.
